How to clean the dirt of mold temperature machine?
announcer:
The mold temperature machine is also called the mold temperature control machine. It is used in the temperature control industry of injection molds, mainly for temperature control of products. In addition, after long-term use of the mold temperature machine, in order to be able to sense the temperature well, the mold temperature machine must be cleaned with dirt to ensure the temperature controlled temperature. The cleaning is mainly to clean the dust and rust in the crucible and keep it clean. So how to remove these dirts?
Preheat the crucible of the mold temperature machine to about 80°C and no more than 100°C. Brush the surface with paint, which can be repeated 2 to 3 times to obtain a tight, strong and uniform coating. Slowly heat to 200℃ to 300℃ to dry. When melting material in the mold temperature machine, a small piece of nozzle material should be used as the bottom. If there is no nozzle material, the alloy ingot should be cut to ensure that the alloy is in close contact with the wall of the pot. Do not put the entire alloy ingot in the crucible, which will cause the alloy to contact the wall of the crucible rarely. The heat transfer effect is not good. When heating, it is difficult to materialize and it is easy to cause the crucible to be partially heated and damage the crucible.
The die-casting temperature of the aluminum alloy of the mold temperature machine is generally in the range of 620℃-680℃. If the temperature of the alloy liquid is set to be high, the alloy liquid is likely to overburn, which exacerbates the oxidation speed of the alloy liquid, so without affecting the product molding The working temperature of the furnace should be reduced as much as possible. When the temperature of the furnace wall of the mold temperature machine is higher than 800 ℃, the strength drops sharply, and it is very likely that there will be cracks when it is slightly impacted or loaded. When feeding, it should gently slide down the wall of the crucible.
When adding ingot during the smelting process, preheat it first to prevent the alloy ingot from causing an explosion due to moisture. Due to the corrosion of iron by the aluminum alloy melt, the internal and external surfaces of the cast iron crucible are subject to the adverse effects of erosion and burning, which will exacerbate the possibility of cracks. The impurities such as silicon in the alloy are deposited on the bottom of the pot, the heat transfer effect becomes worse, the burden on the wall of the pot is increased and the fuel is wasted. From the perspective of safety, economy, and maintenance of the quality of the alloy liquid, during continuous use, the crucible should be regularly cleaned, painted, and changed in direction. Generally, it takes about 150 hours to clean the crucible, reapply the coating, and rotate the crucible 120 degrees; when the mold temperature machine is stopped, the alloy liquid in the crucible should be scooped out, at least 2/3, to avoid opening next time The solidified alloy block in the furnace expands due to heat and damages the crucible.
Special attention: when melting the furnace, the furnace must follow the heating process of the furnace, and it is gradually heated intermittently. Do not directly heat the crucible of the mold temperature machine to the temperature during normal operation, to avoid rapid heating, and the uneven heating will locally expand and burn the crucible.
